In Charge Electrical Services, LLC is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead residential crews, ensure work meets NEC and company standards, and mentor technicians. The role will oversee daily field operations, coordinate with project managers, and perform hands-on electrical tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in residential supervision, a valid Wireman or Journeyman license, and strong communication and leadership skills. Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of electrical superintendent experience on residential projects.
• Current Wireman or Journeyman license is required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
• Able to perform physically demanding field work and lift heavy objects.

Mansioni

• Lead, train, mentor, and develop field personnel and subcontractors to safety and quality standards.
• Review daily schedules and coordinate job activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Direct field production in alignment with plans, specs, and scopes.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and logistics across projects.
• Serve as liaison between project managers, field staff, and homeowners.
• Coordinate meetings with builders and trades to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure all installations comply with NEC, codes, and standards.
• Model safe work practices and enforce safety policies.
• Identify hazards and provide corrective actions, escalating when needed.
• Review workmanship and field procedures; provide corrective direction as needed.
• Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and coworkers.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete daily reports, time records, and other field documentation.
