Job summary

Hi Power Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews across commercial, residential, and multifamily projects. You will oversee electrical installations, ensure code compliance, and act as the primary liaison between the field, project management, and clients.

The role requires a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 5+ years of electrical experience and at least 2 years in leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of NEC and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of the NEC and local building codes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• OSHA 30 certification & NFPA 70E.
• Valid driver’s license.
• PPE required at all times.
• May require overtime, weekends, and travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and oversee electrical installations on commercial, residential and multifamily sites.
• Ensure work meets NEC, local codes, project specs, and safety regulations.
• Plan and lay out detailed electrical systems for projects.
• Communicate project concerns to project management team.
• Conduct site inspections and identify issues before progress.
• Coordinate with project managers on progress, materials, and change orders.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Supervise journeymen and apprentices on site (crews of at least 5).
• Review time sheets, material orders, and field reports for accuracy.
