ADT Security Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to explain and demonstrate our innovative security and smart home solutions to customers in their homes. You will travel within a designated territory, consult with clients, and tailor each installation to their space and needs.

You’ll build trust, close deals, and follow up to ensure satisfaction while generating referrals. Training and ongoing development help you grow with a leading security provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: you will become a reliable advisor customers can count on.
• Customize each system to fit your client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety technology.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments are fulfilled and to generate referrals.
