Job summary

You will act as the primary point of contact for residents on security issues, monitor cameras, and coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

Responsibilities include patrolling premises, supervising contracted security personnel, documenting incidents, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in maintenance and/or construction ideal.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Some knowledge of CCTV desirable.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for residents’ security issues.
• Respond to major and minor incidents.
• Perform vertical and perimeter patrols.
• Monitor on-site cameras.
• Oversee contracted security officers’ performance.
• Supervise and coordinate with contracted guards.
• Document incidents in security reports.
• Sign off on officers’ reports.
• Distribute letters and flyers to residents.
• Assist with evictions.
• Conduct building inspections and report violations.
• Gather intelligence for S/D, ASM and local law enforcement.
• Assist PD/FD/EMS.
• Maintain equipment records.
• Appear in court when required.
• Notify SD/ASD of important matters.
• Carry department radio.
• Maintain security booth and logs.
• Conduct parking lot inspections.
• Record visitor logs and control traffic.
