We currently have immediate openings for high-end residential locations in New York City.

The following part-time shifts are available:

• Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 3pm-11pm
• Friday & Saturday 11pm-7am
• Monday 7am-3pm

Shifts can be combined with other locations to create full-time positions.

As a security officer in a residential building, your role will be to ensure the safety and satisfaction of the community by performing essential tasks such as:

• Greeting incoming and outgoing tenants warmly
• Monitoring the building and surroundings via CCTV
• Ensuring guests and vendors follow access control guidelines
• Securing the premises and providing security assistance as needed
• Providing incident reports and documentation to management and Security USA

To be considered for this position, the following are required:

• Valid NY State Security Guard License
• At least 2 years of experience
• Physical ability to climb stairs and patrol
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the US
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Clean-shaven appearance
• Positive, customer-oriented attitude
• Comfortable standing for long periods
