People Inc. in New York is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to serve as a visible, hands-on leader supporting daily enterprise security operations across reception, patrols, events, and incident response.

The role reports to the Manager, Security Operations and collaborates with in-house and contracted security personnel, GSOC, and executives. A bias for calm leadership under pressure and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, emergency management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in law enforcement, military, public safety, corporate security, or related security environment with leadership:**

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on operational leadership across daily security operations.
• Direct incident response, coordinate with GSOC, and manage field resources during incidents and events.
• Support GSOC personnel and daily operations, coordinating with monitoring and incident documentation.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, and CCTV operations; coordinate with vendors and law enforcement.
