CPI Security is seeking a Residential Installation Technician in Charlotte, NC to install state-of-the-art home security systems for residential customers. You’ll earn performance-based income in a role that emphasizes service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service and ability to handle payments and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
• Follow wiring diagrams, hookup procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations.
• Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment.
• Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support training of new technicians.
