CPI Security in Charleston, SC is seeking a Commercial Security Installation Technician to install our commercial security solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work with a team to train customers, upsell where appropriate, and maintain a professional image while delivering safe, reliable service. Competitive earnings include uncapped commissions and strong training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics, electrical, HVAC, or related field is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with upselling and closing techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and a safety mindset.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Installs commercial customers' new equipment or systems.
• Educate, train and demonstrate the customers' new system.
• Coordinate with supervisor and other technicians to complete jobs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and vehicle image.
• Provide solutions and use expertise for customer challenges.
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and new developments.
