Job summary

CPI Security in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Residential Sales Representative who will design and sell award-winning security and home automation solutions directly to homeowners. You will schedule in-home consultations, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline while educating customers on CPI’s trusted peace of mind.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Willing to train motivated candidates with go-getter spirit.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult and design security and smart home solutions for homeowners.
• Lead generation using company-provided leads and prospecting tools.
• Maintain appointments and create product displays to stimulate interest.
• Communicate CPI’s value and product vision to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and team to exceed targets.
