Job summary

CPI Security in Zebulon, North Carolina is actively seeking a Residential Security Advisor to design, present and sell our home security and automation solutions. The role focuses on creating in-home sales consultations, lead generation, and building lasting customer relationships in the local community.

You will schedule appointments, merchandise displays, and work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve defined targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred; training provided.
• Driven with strong work ethic and integrity.
• Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
• Strong communication skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate CPI Security’s value and capabilities to potential customers.
• Self-generate customer connections to meet sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for satisfaction.
• Maintain weekly appointment schedule with accounts in assigned location.
• Merchandise product sections and displays to stimulate sales.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to achieve goals.
