CPI Security in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a Residential Security Advisor to design, present and sell our home security and automation solutions. You will schedule in-home consultations and work to identify customers’ security needs while building relationships.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a guaranteed base, company-provided equipment, training, and a supportive team culture with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred, but training available.
• Ability to communicate CPI Security’s value and capabilities clearly.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
• Self-generate opportunities in addition to company leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments in the assigned location.
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to ensure goals are met.
