Job summary

CPI Security in Hickory, NC is seeking a Residential Sales Advisor to design and sell our award-winning security and home automation solutions, meeting customers in their homes and building lasting relationships.

You will generate leads, schedule consultations, and work with the Sales Manager to exceed monthly goals, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred, with strong communication.
• Go-getter mindset with high integrity and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and using an iPad to manage your business.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Consult & Design: Work directly with homeowners to design and sell award-winning security and smart home automation solutions.
• Lead Generation: Utilize company-provided leads and proactive prospecting tools to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Strategic Networking: Maintain a weekly schedule of appointments and create engaging product displays to stimulate interest.
• Expert Communication: Effectively communicate CPI’s value and product vision to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with your Sales Manager and team to exceed monthly targets and drive market growth.
