Job summary

Culligan Midwest is seeking a motivated in-home sales specialist to improve customers’ water quality. You’ll conduct EPA-approved tests, design Culligan solutions for hard water, scale, and contamination, and close sales during visits.

This role relies on residential sales experience; no degree is required. You’ll receive paid training, ongoing coaching from a knowledgeable team, a company vehicle with gas card for top performers, and a clear path to high earnings through a performance-driven

• EPA-approved testing knowledge is used in water assessments.

We're looking for candidates with residential sales experience (solar, pest control, internet, security, home improvement). No degree, water experience, or formal sales training is required.

What You Need

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes
• A steady stream of company-generated leads
• Freedom to produce new leads through referrals, events, and networking, so you’re never capped on income
• Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
• Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions solving real household problems (hard water damage, scale buildup, contamination concerns)
• Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)
