Culligan is hiring a Residential Sales Consultant for the St. Joseph, MO area. You will leverage high‑quality leads and your own prospecting to build a lucrative home water solutions business, outside of a desk job.

You’ll manage a territory, conduct in‑home tests, present tailored water treatment systems, and close sales with commission and bonuses. This role offers significant earning potential and opportunities for career growth within a family‑owned company.

• Proven track record as a closer with high earnings potential
• Ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline

Responsibilities

• Own your territory daily and pursue new business opportunities while servicing provided leads
• Grow pipeline through self-gen, referrals, networking, and community presence
• Assess prospects’ needs and present tailored home-water solutions
• Close more sales using proven strategies to increase ticket size
• Follow up with customers for additional equipment opportunities and referrals
• Establish trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
• Coordinate with service and installation teams for seamless experience
• Track activity and results to meet goals
• Provide weekly updates and pipeline to Sales Manager

• Apply proven sales strategies to closer more sales and write bigger tickets = earn higher commissions
• Utilize follow‑up techniques with customers that previously purchased to inquire about additional equipment opportunities, as well as referral opportunities
• Establish trust and long‑term relationships with homeowners
• Partner with internal service and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals
• Provide weekly updates, activities & pipeline opportunities to Sales Manager
