Socket Fiber is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our residential sales team in Tennessee. You will set performance expectations, coach reps, monitor results, and drive conversions from submitted sales to completed installations, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is skilled at using data to manage performance and is actively involved in coaching, development, and motivating the team.

Qualificações

Proven success leading sales teams and driving performance.
Ability to coach and develop individual reps and the team.
Experience using data/KPIs to manage performance and results.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

Lead the residential sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
Set clear performance expectations and coach team members.
Monitor activity, conversions, cancellations, and installations.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and sales meetings.
Identify trends and implement action plans to improve results.
Collaborate with Installation, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve barriers.
