Socket Fiber in Germantown, TN is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our residential sales team. You’ll coach reps, monitor results, and drive conversions from inquiry to installation while ensuring a positive customer experience.

This full-time on-site role requires hands-on leadership and a data-driven approach to performance. You’ll partner with Installation, Operations, and Customer Service to remove barriers and grow revenue per customer.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales and revenue goals.
• Establish clear individual and team performance expectations.
• Monitor sales activity, productivity, conversion rates, cancellations, pending orders, and completed installations.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and team sales meetings.
• Identify performance trends and create action plans when results fall below expectations.
• Build a culture of accountability, urgency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain focus on converting submitted sales into completed installations.
• Partner with Installation, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve barriers.
