Job summary

United Communications in Franklin, TN is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to lead our Inside and Outside Residential Sales teams and support eCommerce orders. This on-site role drives subscriber growth, revenue, and customer acquisition across multiple channels, including internet, voice, and video services.

You will manage field and call-center activities with a monthly sales quota, mentor reps, and coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to ensure a seamless customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience selling to residential customers and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Minimum of four (4) years of sales leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance with minimum coverage of $300,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the residential sales team to achieve subscriber growth and revenue targets.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets; implement action plans as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing residential sales representatives.
• Conduct regular coaching, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Develop and execute residential sales strategies for United Communications’ internet, voice, and video services.
• Coordinate door-to-door sales and outbound calling to prospects.
