Job summary

GSM Services in Gastonia, NC is seeking a dedicated Residential Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth customer journey from first contact to follow-up.

You will handle lead tracking, report generation, and collaboration across departments, helping deliver the Comfort & Peace of Mind GSM is known for while wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and/or office administration experience.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience working with dispatch or scheduling systems is preferred.
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to read and write English at a high school level.

Responsibilities

• Support the Residential Sales Team and leadership in achieving department goals.
• Coordinate sales schedules by scheduling sales calls and ensuring Comfort Advisors are positioned for success.
• Follow up on unscheduled and cancelled appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage Residential Sales Lead tracking, including Bid Logs and ServiceTitan, ensuring information is accurate.
• Prepare and maintain monthly and yearly sales reports by Comfort Advisor.
• Assist with the Call Center call queue and provide support where needed.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination between the Residential department and other GSM Services departments.
• Support the Residential Quality Assurance Program and uphold department standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal coworkers and external customers.
• Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and courtesy.
