You will own the customer relationship from first visit to project handoff, use pricing tools for accurate estimates, and collaborate with production to ensure smooth installations. The role offers a commission-based earning structure with performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or client-facing roles.
• Able to educate and guide customers professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Familiar with using mobile apps and digital tools for pricing and records.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled residential estimate appointments with homeowners.
• Assess project needs on-site and guide customers to best fence or deck solution.
• Use pricing tools to build accurate estimates.
• Create thorough job documentation including material lists and specs.
• Maintain ownership of the customer relationship from first visit through handoff.
• Provide timely follow-up and professional communication during the sales process.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for a seamless installation handoff.
