Superior Fence & Rail is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our nationwide residential and commercial fencing team. You will meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, present estimates, and close deals using our proven process and tools.

This role offers 100% commission with high earning potential and a company vehicle is provided. Strong communication, a professional appearance, and a clean driving record are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred; home services a plus.
• Customer-facing experience required.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Comfortable using technology and sales software.
• Professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to provide estimates and close sales.
• Follow a proven sales process using our tools and software.
• Educate customers on fencing options and help them make confident decisions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
• Track and manage your pipeline and follow-ups.
