Abbey Fence & Deck Company is hiring a Residential Sales Representative to conduct in-home estimate appointments across Baltimore, MD. You will educate homeowners, measure properties, prepare accurate estimates, and present recommended fencing and decking solutions.

This in-person, field-based role offers paid training at $1,000 per week during the training period, followed by a 100% commission plan (10% of pre-tax project totals). Territory covers Baltimore City and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled residential estimate appointments provided by Abbey.
• Review lead and customer information before each appointment.
• Confirm appointment details when required.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally presented.
• Identify homeowner objectives, preferences, concerns, budget, and timeline.
• Assess property and project conditions.
• Guide customer toward an appropriate fence or deck solution.
• Maintain accurate records of appointment outcomes and next steps.
• Follow Abbey's approved sales process consistently.
• Maximize value of marketing and lead-generation investments.
