Presbyterian Village North is seeking a Resident Sales Associate to join the Sales and Marketing team in Dallas, TX. The role involves handling inquiries, presenting services, and coordinating tours and move-ins for prospective residents.

The position is full-time, onsite, with opportunities to contribute to special projects and support a growing senior-care community managed by Forefront Living.

• Coordinate move-in functions for new residents or transfers.
• Oversee model apartment moves and maintain model spaces.
• Assist with brochures and marketing materials, and support special projects.

Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Onsite

• Models a service attitude towards others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, patients and co-workers
• Maintain good attendance record
• Receive inquiries (phone, email, website, internal referrals), communicate services, determine financial and need suitability, and schedule appointments/tours as needed for Residential Sales Counselor
• Prepare weekly reports as required, i.e. daily census, admits, room changes, resident listings, etc.
• Coordinate all move-in functions for new residents or resident transfers
• Oversee model apartment moves and maintenance, and turn on model lights daily
• Provide back-up coverage for walk-in tours and support subsequent tours for returning prospects
• Assemble brochures and marketing materials
• Obtain and maintain knowledge of competitors
• Support special projects as assigned by the Director, such as photo and video shoots, resident testimonials, ordering, and administrative needs
• Shadow Directors and Residential Sales Counselors on prospect discovery, tours, and closings with the goal of expanding the role or possible promotion to next level
• Other responsibilities as assigned
