Presbyterian Village North is seeking a Resident Sales Associate to join the Sales and Marketing team in Dallas, TX. The role involves handling inquiries, presenting services, and coordinating tours and move-ins for prospective residents.

The position is full-time, onsite, with opportunities to contribute to special projects and support a growing senior-care community managed by Forefront Living.

Competenze

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on resident experience.

Mansioni

• Receive inquiries (phone, email, website, internal referrals).
• Communicate services, determine financial and need suitability, and schedule appointments/tours.
• Prepare weekly reports (daily census, admits, room changes, resident listings).
• Coordinate move-in functions for new residents or transfers.
• Oversee model apartment moves and maintain model spaces.
• Assist with brochures and marketing materials, and support special projects.
