Job summary

Ferguson Roofing, a Hoffmann Brothers company, in St. Louis is seeking a Residential Project Manager to lead sales calls and deliver timely project proposals for residential and commercial needs.

You will run sales activities under the direction of Operations leadership, build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams, and drive revenue targets with a hands-on, flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service industry sales, preferably in the residential roofing industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and teams.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with vendor discussions.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Run residential sales calls and provide customers with project proposals in a timely manner.
• Meet with residential customers face-to-face to present prepared proposals and product samples.
• Track and follow-up on sales opportunities which haven't been closed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to establish open lines of communication for feedback.
• Perform happy calls to customers following their service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on every job.
• Attend department and company meetings and training as required.
