Ferguson Roofing in Nashville seeks a Residential Project Manager to lead sales calls, develop project proposals, and manage customer relationships. You will work under the Residential Operations Manager to drive profits and ensure customer satisfaction with timely proposals.

The role requires strong estimating, budgeting, and leadership skills, with travel and flexible hours as needed. This is a senior client-facing position within a family-owned, local contractor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of service industry sales experience, preferably residential roofing.
• Proven ability to estimate accurately to protect profit and revenue targets.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and planning experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams, crews, and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and coach team members to results.

Responsibilities

• Run residential sales calls and provide customers with project proposals promptly.
• Meet face-to-face with customers to present proposals, samples, and pitches.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and feedback channels.
• Track and follow up on sales opportunities and provide timely updates.
• Assist with production needs and account management to enhance PR with accounts.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required and support department/company goals.
• Perform happy calls post-service to ensure customer satisfaction on every job.
• Travel as needed and adapt to flexible hours.
