Ferguson Roofing Co. in Nashville seeks a Residential Project Manager to lead sales calls, present proposals, and coordinate with operations. This role emphasizes strong relationship building and a hands-on, adaptive mindset to meet client needs and project goals.

The position requires minimum 5 years in service-industry sales, a valid US driver’s license, and proven estimating/financial skills. Travel and team coaching are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service-industry sales experience, preferably residential roofing.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• Proven track record in accurate estimating to protect profit.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, planning and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and coach team members.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run residential sales calls and provide customers with project proposals promptly.
• Meet with customers face-to-face to present proposals and samples.
• Frequent ladder/scaffolding use during site visits.
• Acquire customers through existing relationships and business development.
• Assist with production needs and account management to maintain PR.
• Attend department/company meetings and trainings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and feedback channels.
• Track and follow up on open sales opportunities.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction on each job.
• Take on additional duties as directed by management.
