Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD is building a centralized project management role in Arlington, TX for residential roofing projects. You will coordinate permitting, materials, crews and customers from a single hub, driving decisions and ensuring timely delivery.

You will own projects end-to-end—from approval to installation and closeout—while maintaining quality, profitability and customer satisfaction across multiple markets. Some travel may be required as the business scales.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in residential roofing, project management, production, insurance restoration, home improvement or a closely related construction environment.
• Strong roofing knowledge is essential.
• Ability to understand issues and guide crews to solutions without visiting the roof.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential roofing projects centrally using photos, video, digital project information and direct communication with crews and customers.
• Take ownership from approval through installation and closeout, coordinating permitting, inspections, materials, crews, schedules and customer communication.
• Review scopes and budgets, manage work orders and change orders, monitor quality through photos, and resolve warranty or installation concerns.
