Job summary

North American Roofing is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, multi-site commercial roofing projects from start to finish, delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

You will coordinate crews, vendors, and schedules, serve as the client liaison, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Travel by car and air is required based on project needs; Southeast-based candidates near a major airport are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects.
• PM experience from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

We're looking for one Project Manager to lead large, multi-site commercial roofing projects from start to finish, delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
