Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is assisting a client in Dallas, TX, to hire roofing project managers/superintendents. The role involves supervising subcontractors, coordinating materials, and traveling within Texas, including Austin and other areas.

The ideal candidate has roofing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with walkable, steep roofs. Hybrid remote work in the DFW area is available.

Qualifications

• Prior roofing experience required.
• Able to work across residential and commercial sites.
• Comfortable walking on steep roofs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supervising subcontractors to ensure quality and craftsmanship.
• Receiving orders from suppliers and maintaining inventory control.
• Coordinating sheet metal needs to ensure supplies for jobs.
• Travel within Texas to various project sites, potentially overnight.
• Willingness to perform small roofing repairs when necessary.
