Job summary

TalentSphere is seeking a Roofing Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee commercial and residential roofing projects. The role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring quality across diverse roofing materials.

Some travel within Texas, including overnight stays, is required. Responsibilities include inventory control, coordinating sheet metal needs, and performing small repairs when necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior roofing experience is required.
• Flexibility across residential and commercial jobs.
• Ability to walk on steep roofs and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervising subcontractors to ensure quality and craftsmanship.
• Receiving orders from suppliers and managing inventory.
• Coordinate across roofing products (asphalt shingles, TPO, concrete/clay tiles, metal).
• Coordinate sheet metal requirements to ensure supplies.
• Willingness to perform small roofing repairs when necessary.
• Travel within Texas as needed.
