Job summary

Texas Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead multiple commercial roofing projects in Central Texas from Round Rock. You will work with superintendents, foremen, and field teams to translate pre-construction into field execution, focusing on timely delivery and budget discipline.

The role emphasizes field leadership, tight schedules, and proactive change-order management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction project management experience preferred.
• Commercial roofing experience is a plus, not required
• Ability to visit job sites regularly
• Working knowledge of budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Valid driver’s license

Texas Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is a trusted Central Texas commercial roofing contractor with 90 years of experience. We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to run work, not just manage paperwork. We win the work. You take it from pre-construction and execute it in the field. This is a hands‑on leadership role once projects are active. You’ll manage multiple commercial roofing projects at once, with a focus on execution. Most heavy pre‑con paperwork is handled before handoff. Your job is to run the work.
