Job summary

Pitman Manor, a UMC community, is hiring a Residential Registered Nurse (RN) at $40.33-$50.33 per hour, based on experience. This full-time position located in Pitman, NJ includes a shift from 2p–10p with weekend and holiday rotation and a $2.00 shift differential for 2p–10p shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to ensure high-quality services and resident outcomes
• Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and family communication
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition and care needs
• Oversee medication administration processes and documentation
• Manage residents' health and wellness services and referrals
• Support a safe, resident-centered environment through clinical oversight
