Job summary

United Methodist Communities’ Pitman Manor in Pitman, NJ is seeking an Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time team. The role offers $40.33 - $50.33 per hour based on experience, with shift 2p-10p and weekend/holiday rotation.

You will partner with leadership to ensure high-quality resident care, coordinate assessments and care plans, supervise medication administration, and support a safe, resident-centered environment with strong clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with NJ RN license.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
• Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and family communication.
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition and incidents.
• Oversee medication administration processes and documentation.
• Manage health and wellness services, appointments, and referrals.
• Provide clinical oversight to maintain a safe, resident-centered environment.
