Accentuin, LLC. is seeking a Structure Project Manager to lead pre-construction activities, coordinate budgets and trades, and line up subcontractors.

This role drives project profitability and oversees the Estimator, Superintendent, and Team Coordinator while maintaining strong relationships with insurers, homeowners, and vendors. Responsibilities include ensuring OSHA safety compliance, turning files over to the Superintendent after production approval, and possibly working 40+ hours per week

Qualifications

• Project management experience, preferably in the residential restoration industry
• Must actively practice leadership abilities
• Valid Driver's License & eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• May work 40+ hours per week

Responsabilités

• Manage all pre-construction activities for successful project roll-out, including file review with Estimator and budgeting
• Order materials, plan the job with trades, line up subcontractors, and submit production approval to COO
• Review after approval and turnover file to Superintendent; own project profit/loss
• Oversee Estimator, Superintendent, and Team Coordinator and maintain relationships with agents, adjustors, homeowners, and vendors
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and work with Team Coordinator to collect all monies owed
