Accentuin, LLC. is seeking a Structure Project Manager to own residential reconstruction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, materials, and subcontractors while coordinating field teams and insurer partners to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Residential restoration or construction experience is required
• Strong budgeting, material ordering, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and job costing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Own reconstruction projects from pre-construction planning to completion
• Build budgets, order materials, schedule trades, coordinate subcontractors, and prep projects for production
• Manage project profitability focusing on budgets, costs, timelines, and performance
• Lead and coordinate estimating, field production, and project coordination teams
• Foster relationships with homeowners, adjusters, insurers, subcontractors, and vendors while resolving issues
