Accentuin, LLC. is seeking a Structure Project Manager to own residential reconstruction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, materials, and subcontractors while coordinating field teams and insurer partners to keep projects moving forward.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Accentuin is partnering with an established disaster restoration company that has spent nearly 20 years growing through grit, determination, and a commitment to doing right by both its customers and its people. They're looking for a Structure Project Manager to take ownership of residential reconstruction projects from pre-construction planning through completion. This role sits at the center of the project, bringing together budgets, schedules, materials, subcontractors, field teams, customers, and insurance partners to keep everything moving in the right direction.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Take ownership of reconstruction projects from pre-construction planning through successful completion.
• Build project budgets, order materials, schedule trades, coordinate subcontractors, and prepare projects for production.
• Manage project profitability and keep a close eye on budgets, costs, timelines, and overall performance.
• Lead and coordinate the team supporting each project, including estimating, field production, and project coordination.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, insurance partners, subcontractors, and vendors while helping resolve issues along the way.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Project management experience, preferably within residential restoration or construction.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, material ordering, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and job costing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without losing sight of the details.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, PSA, Matterport, or similar restoration technology is a plus.
• Xactimate Level 1 certification is preferred, or you'll need to be willing to obtain it along with required construction training.

THE REAL DEAL

Restoration and reconstruction don't always stick to a perfectly predictable schedule. This role may require more than 40 hours per week and availability during catastrophic events when needed. You'll also need a valid driver's license and the ability to safely access active job sites, including confined spaces and roofs, and lift up to 75 pounds.
