Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. is seeking a Write/ Run Restoration Construction Project Manager to lead pre-construction activities, scope and estimate jobs, budget projects, schedule trades, line up subcontractors, and obtain production approvals to drive on-time project rollouts.

You will manage crews, ensure OSHA-compliant sites, maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurers, and vendors, and strive for profit margins across multiple concurrent projects, with potential 48+ hour weeks and on-call

Qualifications

• Residential restoration construction experience preferred.
• Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus.
• Must have Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to enter confined spaces, climb on roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License & eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities: scoping, estimating, budgeting, scheduling trades.
• Line up subcontractors and manage material logistics to project site.
• Obtain production approvals from COO and manage contractors to completion.
• Maintain profit/loss responsibility on assigned projects.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant safe job sites and strong client/vendor relationships.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and uphold cost controls.
