Job summary

You will meet homeowners at scheduled appointments, understand their goals, and close high-value projects with the support of our estimating and operations teams. You’ll work with company-generated leads—no cold calling—earning a $45,000 base salary plus an uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in home improvement or related in-home sales preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident discussing budgets and closing high-value projects.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at scheduled company-generated appointments.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and understand project goals, timeline, and budget.
• Build relationships and establish trust with prospective clients.
• Present company process and value professionally.
• Develop proposals with estimating and project management teams.
• Guide homeowners through proposal decisions and close deals.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Meet monthly and quarterly personal sales goals.
