Rose Remodeling is hiring ambitious In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments and close remodeling solutions with no cap on earnings.

This full-time commission-only role offers pre-qualified leads, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires, and the opportunity to earn six figures or more through performance. You will present, negotiate, and close customized bath remodels.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required.
• Home-improvement/remodeling experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and closing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
• Understand customer needs, goals, and budgets.
