Rose Remodeling in California seeks an in-home sales representative to meet homeowners in their residences, understand remodeling goals, and present customized bath renovation solutions in person.

This commission-only role offers uncapped earnings, pre-qualified leads, paid training, and benefits; travel to client sites is required, with earnings potential of $120,000–$350,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required; home improvement or remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs and goals
• Conduct professional in-home consultations and sales presentations
• Create customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each customer’s vision and budget
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Effectively communicate product benefits, options, and project details
