Rose Remodeling is seeking a driven In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, understand remodeling goals, and present custom bath solutions. You will guide customers from consultation to close, delivering value with professional in-home presentations and tailored proposals.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, pre-qualified leads, paid training, and a signing bonus of 5,000 dollars upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required; home improvement or remodeling sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities
