Job summary
Rose Remodeling in California is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant for a full-time, commission-only role. You will meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments to present bath remodeling solutions and close the sale, with uncapped earnings potential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.
This is not cold-calling; you’ll receive pre-qualified leads, paid training, and ongoing coaching.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience required.
- Home improvement/remodeling experience is a major plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Willing to travel and work evenings/weekends.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations
- Understand customer needs, goals, and budgets
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions
- Educate homeowners on products, materials, and financing options
- Build trust and create an exceptional customer experience
- Follow a proven sales process to close deals
- Maintain accurate customer records using company technology and CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs
