Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to close pre-qualified appointments and deliver tailored bath remodeling solutions.

This full-time, commission-only role offers uncapped earnings from $120,000 to $350,000+ per year, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires. Training is provided, along with leads and a flexible schedule.

Must have proven sales experience; home improvement experience is a plus; willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a field sales role.
• Experience with home improvement or remodeling is a major plus.
• Strong closing and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to homeowner appointments and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
• Identify needs and design customized bath remodeling solutions.
• Educate on products, financing options, and processes.
• Close sales and maintain CRM records.
