Job summary

West Shore Home in Hartford, CT is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform safe installations of windows, exterior doors, and related trim as part of our remodel team. You will load materials at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, travel to customer homes, greet and connect with clients, complete installations with a clean finish, and ensure a 5-star experience for every homeowner.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
