Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler to perform safe and effective installations for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors, following SOPs and PPE protocols. You will engage customers with a 5-star experience and work from 6:30 AM start time.

The role requires carpentry/remodeling experience, tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transport. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
