Job summary

West Shore Home seeks a Residential Remodeler to support installations of replacement windows and exterior doors in Hartford, CT. You will follow SOPs and PPE protocols to deliver a high-quality, five-star customer experience.

Responsibilities include loading at the warehouse, visiting customer homes, performing installs, and ensuring clean, safe job sites. Training and growth opportunities are provided with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems with two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM at the warehouse.
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows/doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and respect the customer’s home during work.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse
