West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler/Installer in Philadelphia, PA. The role starts early morning, travels to customer homes, and installs replacement windows and exterior doors while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

The position requires experience in carpentry or related trades, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Paid training, health benefits, and 401(k) matching are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or eagerness to learn.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
