Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler/Window and Door Installer to join our Irving, TX team. You’ll load materials at the warehouse, travel to homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure high-quality finishes with attention to customer satisfaction.

The role requires basic carpentry skills, familiarity with hand and power tools, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. Training is provided, with competitive hourly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
