Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform safe, high‑quality installations and deliver a 5‑star customer experience. The role starts early, with team members loading materials at 6:30 AM and traveling to homes to install replacement windows and exterior doors while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

You will follow SOPs, protect customer homes, and coordinate paperwork and payments with the warehouse team. A valid driver’s license and basic tool knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or related construction work.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone for two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM from the warehouse.
• Travel to customers' homes, greet clients and establish rapport.
• Install replacement windows and exterior doors and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment and return to the warehouse.
