West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Dallas, TX to perform safe installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE requirements. You will start at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, travel to homes, install, and complete with thorough cleanup, ensuring a 5-star experience for customers.

The role requires carpentry/remodeling experience or a strong eagerness to learn, plus basic tool knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work early start times and travel to homes.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
